How ALMARAM checks your CV for ATS readability

By Evercare Solutions

An applicant tracking system helps an employer organize applications. Each employer can configure it differently. ALMARAM checks your English CV for common content and structure issues; it does not test your application inside every employer’s system.

What the check covers

The checker looks at contact details, section coverage, content length, repeated wording and the evidence in achievement bullets. The review separates structure and contact checks from content and writing suggestions, so you can see what each issue concerns.

How to read the score

The score is an internal weighted checklist. Passing a rule earns its full weight, a warning earns half, and a failed rule earns none. Writing findings can also affect the combined review score. The issue list explains what needs attention. A high number is not ATS certification, an employer ranking, or a probability of getting hired.

Use job matching honestly

Paste the actual job description and compare it with your experience. Add a relevant skill only if you have it. Spell out important qualifications clearly and use the employer’s terminology where it accurately describes your work. Do not copy an entire advert or hide keywords in the document.

Check the exported PDF

Export your CV, select and copy its text into a plain text editor, and review the reading order, dates and contact details. This is a useful spot-check rather than a complete ATS simulation. Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions.

A practical review order

Fix incorrect contact details first, then missing sections and dates. Review unclear bullets and unsupported claims. Compare against the job requirements, export, and proofread the final PDF. Recheck after major edits rather than chasing a perfect score.
