Import an English CV and export a searchable PDF
By Evercare Solutions
Use ALMARAM’s Arabic or English interface to work on an English CV. Importing gives you a starting point; you remain responsible for checking the extracted information and final file.
Start with a readable file
Choose an existing PDF or DOCX from your own files. A document containing selectable text is easier to inspect than a scanned image. If extraction misses text, enter it manually rather than assuming the missing information will appear in the export.
Review the extracted information
Check your name, email and phone number. Then compare each employer, role, date, qualification and bullet with the original. Complex columns, tables and unusual formatting may need correction. Remove accidental duplicates and information you do not want to share.
Choose a template and format
Preview different templates without rewriting your experience. Choose A4 or Letter to suit the application, review page breaks and spacing, and decide whether a photo is appropriate for that employer. The interface language does not change the CV output language: prepare your CV text in English.
Improve the wording carefully
Use the writing assistant for suggestions, then check each proposed edit against your real experience. Keep job titles, employers and dates accurate. Add achievement numbers only when you can support them. Review the CV checks before downloading.
Export and inspect
Download the PDF and open it in a PDF reader. Make sure text is selectable, links and contact details are correct, and no content is clipped. Read every page. Keep an editable copy in your account so you can make a separate tailored version for another role.
Control sharing
Downloading a PDF does not submit an application. Send it through the employer’s own application process. A share link can be opened by anyone who has it; enable sharing only when intended and turn it off when you no longer need it.
