This is a plain-English starting point written by the engineering team, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.
These terms cover your use of ALMARAM, a résumé builder made by Evercare Solutions. Using the site means you accept them.
Your account
You need an account to build a résumé. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it. One person, one account — do not share a login.
Your content is yours
The résumés you write belong to you. We claim no ownership of them. We store and process them only to run the service for you — showing them in the editor, rendering them to PDF, and answering the AI requests you ask for.
What the AI does, and does not do
The writing assistant works from what you have already written. It is instructed never to invent facts about you — no employers you did not have, no numbers you did not give it. It can still be wrong: read every suggestion before you accept it. The ATS check is our best reading of how a parser is likely to see your résumé, not a guarantee about any particular employer’s system.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your own résumé. Nothing here is career, legal or immigration advice, and a score on this site is not a prediction that you will be hired.
Fair use
Do not use the site to build résumés impersonating someone else, to upload content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access to it. AI features have an hourly limit so one account cannot crowd out everyone else. We may suspend an account that is doing any of the above.
If you bring your own API key
You may connect your own model provider key. Requests then run under your account with that provider, at your cost, subject to their terms as well as ours. We are not responsible for what they charge you, for their availability, or for how they handle the requests we pass on.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and your work safe, and every edit is saved automatically. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable or that data will never be lost, so keep a PDF of anything you would hate to redo. The service is provided as it is.
Ending it
You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time; that deletes your résumés with it. We may end an account that breaks these terms. If we change the terms materially, we will update this page and its date.
